As provided by law, Cate&Co. allows the exchange and return of items, as long as they have not been used by the customer and maintain the same presentation conditions as when they were sent.

Exchange or return requests must be submitted using the form available for this purpose or addressed, unequivocally, to the email, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items of equal or greater value to the item being exchanged. The value inherent to the shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In case of return due to defect or other non-conformities regarding the ordered products, Cate&Co. assumes responsibility for collecting the item at the address indicated by the customer, as well as the costs associated with shipping costs paid at the outset.

When returning or exchanging items, the amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be discounted in the online store until the end of the current collection.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Cate&Co. through analysis of the status of the article(s).

After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we carry out a careful analysis of it and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;
b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

Any request for exchange or return must indicate the order number and proof of defect, if any.

Orders to be exchanged or returned must be sent via registered mail to the address indicated by customer service. When sending the order, you must communicate to Cate&Co., through available means, the order's tracking code.

In the case of items purchased via pre-sale, Cate&Co. reserves the right not to accept returns. If the item does not meet the customer's expectations, we authorize the exchange process as long as all the conditions established above are met.
